Everyone loves puppies - especially small cute ones....well - almost everyone
I know someone who when shopping in Petco or Petsmart has a little sign she puts on her carriage saying "Please - no touching"...I think most people have good intentions and seeing cute dogs is an impluse thing to want to touch them
