I agree with the NO IAMS - IMO that's pure garbage! There are a lot of high quality options out there. Honetly they are only a few dollars more (so it's worth it) - Plus, how much can she possibly eat? I think you will be able to manage to cost of a better food. I have tried many different brands:
Natural Balance
Innova
Buffalo Blue
Merrick
Chicken Soup
But my favorite is Canidae (and Roxy and TJ really like it too!)
