I am not sure if this is common. I have a parti yorkie, she is 2.5 pounds. She is so cute. I am not sure because not very many people have small dogs but people won't leave us alone. Last weekend, I took her to the dog park. It is gated off. One part for small dogs, and another part for big dogs. people made such a fuss over cupcake. I was talking to a lady, and I turn around and see a little girl with cupcake in her arms, int the dog park section for big dogs. I am so mad. My baby could of been hurt. Then that same day we went to the mall. There is a new mall in San Diego that is dog friendly. Infront of each store, there are dog bowls will water, and a dog park in the middle of the mall and fire hydrants. I love it. Well as I was shopping people were picking her up. Is it okay for me to get up set? I think it is very rude, and it puts my dog at risk. Am I over reacting if I say something? Am I being over protective? Is it because parti- yorkies are rare? People always ask me what kind of dog she is, I am thinking maybe that is why there is a fuss. I don't want to be a grouch.
