Thanks everyone. Lucy is doing better, her food is back down and she has been eating and drinking fine. I will be monitoring her all day and if it starts up again she will be going to the vets.

Maybe you could recommend a food for the same price that doesn't test on animals? I have a hard time knowing what to get and Royal Canin was just getting too expensive for my budget right now, it was also making her a little chunky around her chest.
