I kinda wanted to do both. I am a very light sleeper and its usually really easy for me to fall back asleep. I did the same thing with my other two dogs, and babies too- so that part wont bother me. But, like I said I kinda wanted to try both, what do you think?

I basically wanted to let him sleep with me during the night. Then when I need to go in to the office to work I would crate him then since he would be at home alone for a couple of hours. I go to work at 11:00am and come home around 3:00pm and sometimes I have to go back but then my downstairs neighbor is going to take care of him. So for about 4 hours he would be crated. I was hoping this would help build his bladder control for the future.

Is this all a good idea?
