When drafting my contract, I put the health and welfare of the pup as my first priority.
I like the fact that reputable breeders are likely to refund the money to help cover the costs of surgery...My yorkie is a liver shunt doggie. I would not want to get a replacement puppy just because my dog has liver shunt. I would never be able to give him back simply because he has a medical condition. He's my baby...
