wear an ankle brace go to your trainer to have it checked out and get it wrapped sit out on the tumbling and stunting for a day or two and you'll be fine. i cheered since i was five years old up to my senior year in high school, i know your pain .. but i would just go to the trainer and eventually you will heal. now if it continues to be a bother i would tell your parent, i mean you state that cheerleading is your life .. you don't want to compete with a unhealed body part! |
