Hi everyone!

We purchased our first teacup yorkie at the end of January. We have had so many problems training her to go outside. We feed her in the morning around 8am and again around 6-7pm. She doesn't seem to have a schedule for pooping and she pees all the time. We have a training pad down in a corner that she does use, when it't convenient for her. We change them 2-3 times a day. But, she knows it's there, and chooses not to use it. She pees in her crate, and she poops too. The gross part is she eats it. As soon as we smell it, we go to clean it up and it's not there, but there are brown marks on the floor/training pad etc. How can we stop this! We are so frustrated!
We take her outside about 10 minutes after she eats and leave her there for about 15. But it seems that as soon as we bring her inside, she craps/pees.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
