First you have to make the vet is a participant..I would call them and ask..they then get paid a discounted rate from Friends of Animals (when they turn in the certificate that you will give them)..I had 2 of my friends do it through them ...BUT there is an extra charge if she needs teeth taken out as well..the only thing covered with the certificate is the spaying/neutering...oh and I think there is a time limit.. (certificate isn't valid after a year of purchase or soemthing..so I would wait till it's like a month or 2 before )
