Just as humans, our female babies are different as well. Some can go into heat as early as 6 months others to 1 yr or longer. Just depends. I currently have a 9 month old who just went into heat. Signs you will notice are licking of the area, swelling, and a blood discharge. Most keep themselves quite clean. I don't diaper mine, but I find spots on their blankets.
Your males will also give you a clue . Smelling her and they all start acting a little "fruity"
