I saw a card recently that summed it up best:
"Your life isn't complete until you've been loved by a dog ... and ignored by a cat."
Not fair to all the cat kingdom (they can be pretty loving little buggers, too) but pretty aptly describes how our 11-month-old kitten is with me!
