No problem, I usually don't start wrapping until coats have length on them (almost to the ground). Boys I usually take up the sides only, as little unnuetered boys do lift their leg, and urine does so much damage to the coats. Until then they are allowed to just be what they are puppies. Some may need to be kept in oil to prevent them from doing damage to their coats....The real key to growing coat is keeping it clean and free of what these animated dust mops pick up.

There are different textures of coat and depending on the texture is what you use to wrap it with.
