On the website, they say it's your choice
If you don't feel comfortable feeding raw, then you feed cooked
I would do cooked because I'm a scaredy cat.
I haven't tried it yet, but this was posted in another thread awhile back by another YT member. I think her baby is doing well on it!

This food is dehydrated raw food (dehydrated at temps of 120 degrees). They have foods with meat in them already or they have a food called Preference that you can add your own meat. Again, it can be raw or cooked.
This is a food that is made in human food facilities and FDA approved.
