Anyhow, can you not get Louie back because there is a child involved? This is all just too sad, and I hope you can resolve it somehow and get Louie back. Perhaps you can get your Nephew and his family a puppy and get Louie back?? Oh, I hope you get it sorted out for you and Louie!!
