Our vet won't do teeth and neutering together - I am mad about it !
Tara(pic left) needed a whole set of second teeth out at 8/9 months(the baby teeth), and they wouldn't neuter her at the same time....(She had her first season at 7 months). I had to then go through it all again, terrified for the life of my tiny dog(4lbs), under anaesthetic for a second time.
Casper has good big teeth and they were fine.
When I got Tammy,(at 3yrs) I asked for a price to neuter and pull a tooth out, as it looks rotten at the root, (after I had given her a dental) - and they again said I would have to take her in for two operations !
I haven't done it yet, but once she has had these puppies will get the tooth out, and look into the neutering again.
Here, the Vets I've gone to just want to make money.
.....and believe me that is very true !
I could tell you a few vet stories, and a friend vet would verify them too.
I must keep looking for a genuine vet who really is interested in the animal first, and not just the money to be made.
I am sure they exist !!!

I still have the jar of Tara's whole set of baby teeth !
