Hmm, could several things. Have you had a complete bloodwork up done, sometimes dry itchy skin & hair loss can be a sign of adrenal disease or cushings disease. Or could be diet related, what kind of food do you have her on? Or try the dermatologist, have him do a scrape to see if perhaps its fungal? Oh good luck I feel so bad for her & helpless....
