I know this is going to sound totally crazy.... I want Summerlin to sleep with me on my bed. Ok, now that you are all done laughing at me, I need to know how to go about teaching her to sleep on the bed. I feel sure that she can do it, because she will sleep on the couch with me for hours. When she has to pee, she will start to whine for me to take her to the pee pad, and if I don't move fast enough for her, she will jump down off the couch to go to the pad on her own. This is my thing: my bed is about waist high, the couch is about knee high. There is a big difference - I am afraid if she decides to jump off the bed, she will hurt herself. So how do I teach her not to jump off the bed, and how do I know she won't pee on the bed? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
