i really don't know if yogurt will help her but i know when us women are on alot of antibiotics its good to eat yogurt to prevent yeast infections.
i give morgan yogurt a few times a week anyway because she likes it. i just give her about a tablespoon of yogurt. Sometimes i mix her kibble into it if she's have a picky day.
i actually just looked it up and it does help prevent yeast infections in the ears LOL i guess it does help with that. It also helps to keep them 'regular' which is good as well
