Bone Appetit! Gourmet Cooking For Your Dog by Suzan Anson. (this book has several kibble recipes and the acknowledgments are pretty impressive!
new choices in Naturel Healing for dogs and cats by Amy D. Shojai and the editors of Prevention Pets.
and last but certainly not least.....
