everyone is going to have different experiences. i will tell you mine
i use k9 advantx. i have for 5 yrs and never a flea until my vet gave my little girl frontline. we had a terrible problem w fleas. i went back to the k9 advantix and no more fleas
my neighbor also switched to frontline. she had to have a professional come bomb her home the fleas were so bad
my parents use frontline and never had a problem with fleas
