Chloe just goes and walks like it's nothing, she wants to go! but for some reason it scares Tink if it tugs on her, she doesn't want Chloe there and taking her for a walk I guess! The same thing happend to me too, gave up for now, and back to the retractables...When i walk mine i look like i am fighting in a DUEL
