We are actually only about an hour and 1/2 from Houston
The first two pictures were taken QUITE a ways away from good 'ol South Texas, LOL
I took those of my husband while we were away on vacation in Canada - right by Vancouver where my hubby is from
We were cruisin' on the boat in the Pacific Ocean down Desolation Sound. It is sooo gorgeous and soooo peaceful there - I only WISH I could say I "lived" there! My husband and I do have a Cabin there though that is right there on an Island (Sevilla Island) overlooking the Pacific Ocean (I'll have to go back and look but I don't think you can see the Cabin in the pics). I do have pictures of us there though and it is so nice. At night you can see and hear all the Alaskan Cruise Ships go by RIGHT in front of the huge windows - it's so beautiful! Only thing is that the Cabin is a PAIN to get to as you can only get to it by boat...and then you have to hike ALL the way up to the Cabin as it is set very high up which TOTALLY wears you out completely - but it's good exercise lol
And by the way...AWWWW! That is so cute of your husband and your cousin's son! What a sweet picture!!
