Default Thank You!

For being so warm and inviting
And YES I am filled with questions.
I hope you can lead me to the right forums to get answers to my questions.

Here's a little about us:
We have a Yorkie, who is like a baby to us, Lilly, we have had her for 5 years.
We would like to try our hand at Breeding Yorkies.
We would like to start out small.... we are thinking with one registered Mama Dog
I am a Kindergarten Teacher (5 blocks from school) and my husband will be retiring in 8-10 years. We think this would be so rewarding, but do not want to "Dive Into It Big Time" as we may not be "cut out for the job", so think it would be best to start out small until we know for sure.
Can you give me some advice and tips, such as:
*What kind of Mama Yorkie?
*We would want her to be registered, and be big enough to carry her
puppies easily.
*We have been told for "Tea-Cup Yorkies", you breed them to a small male,
is that correct?
*Where do we purchase her at?
*Should we buy one that has already had a litter vs. one that hasn't had
puppies before?
*Where we live there aren't too many Yorkies, and Our Lilly is such a Novelty
everyone LOVES her sooo. That we think there would be a High Demand
for this breed of dog.
*What is the "Protocol" for "Stud Services and Fees"?

Thank You!!!
