It is very possible that he could get bigger. Just because the parents are small doesn't mean that you will get a small one too. My friend for example purchased her male. He was suppose to be around 4 lbs because both parents were around that size. He ended up being 6+ lbs and when the breeder found out, she changed out her "stock".
