I would have to agree with you all the way...Im sure she has never seen
a pee pad before in her life...That same night we brought her home we
introduced it to her...The next day she was runnig to it to do her thing..
And thats no lie...My mouth dropped to the floor

when i seen that...
And when shes on the bed or some were really high she will start to cry
till you get her down so she can go pee/poop...My yorkies took about 2 months or more to get used to the pee pad
