I am really hesitant to bring my little baby to a place like PetCo or PetSmart b/c I have heard of small dogs getting hurt at places that are not accustomed to grooming small dogs. She is only 5 months and I have never had her groomed. I have been bathing her my self and the vet trims her nails. But I am thinking that it is about time to get her groomed.

I am in the same boat, but in Texas. What I did was ask Maggie breeder and also her vet to recommend a groomer. Both recommended the same two. You might try that route. I know it worked for me.
