Since Pedialyte has to be used in I think 48 hours after opening, you can also put it in ice trays and freeze it, so it lasts longer and you don't end up throwing any out.
Also I'd try some white rice with either lamb or veal. If it gets worse then I'd take her off of all food for 24 hours, then start her on white rice with lamb or veal or even duck or turkey. Chicken is usually an allergy food.
