Hey everyone I would really appreciate if you guys help me out on this one

Today my babii woke up like as if he didnt want to and went to lay down again and so I laid next to him. All i kept on hearing growling and gurgling noises in his tummy
and he heard them too and was looking around?? He has no eaten and hardly is getting any water... Maybe he doesnt wanna eat or maybe he wants something different?? Anyone ever had this problem before?? What can you suggest. He is playing around and everything but not his usual self.
Does anyone know what it can be?
