2nd question...
my little coco's vulva is tiny. about the size of a peanut. i have never seen one so small. she is 6 months and close to 5lbs. will it get bigger? it just looks too small for her to have puppies.
i know these are odd questions but i have never seen it discussed before and would like to know a little more about this.

Your girl most likely get her figure back, if she's active. I start walking my girls a 1/2 a mile a day from the day they're bred. Reduce activity on the last trimester...Once she somewhat feels comfortable leaving the pups, she's allowed to play outside for short periods of time and resume normal activity.
Your concern is not with the vulva....the size will increase after her 1st Season. What you are concerned with is the room between her pelvic area (you should be able to fit 2 fingers between the pelvic bones) and the distance between her anus and vulva (3 fingers), if you can do this, pretty good sign she'll be a free whelper.
