Hi! I'm new here, and I love reading all of the wonderful wisdom on this site!
I'm broke too, and I found this site that has a pattern to make a "vest." I attaced a ribbon down the back with a ring on it, and I use it as a harness for my Sassy. I made it out of felt, but its getting warmer here now, so I think I'll need to make one from a lighter weight material. I made hers reversible, and she LOVES IT!
