YES, and I feel badly about it!!
My sister has a chihuahua, that is NUTS!! She will be excited to see you and play and be sweet for a few minutes, then she is snarling and growling and acting like a complete idiot! She will pee all over you, kiss you then try to snap!! She is definatily one of those that 'only her mother' can love.!!
I don't take my dogs there anymore because I am afraid she's going to hurt them. She wants to play then getts pissed off and wants to snap!
I KNOW chihuahua's can have an attitude. I have one. But not like her. I think she was dropped on her little head or something
