She still looks cute but easy for me to say - my heart isn't totally engulfed in Troy either. LOL. Think about how many times you have went to a salon and told them you only want a trim and they give you a whack job? Or you want a few layers and you leave with an afro? Sometimes people just aren't good at listening to what the customer wants.
