Hi, It is not too soon to bath your pup. you can blow dry her on cool setting.
To change her food add a little of what you want to change it to with what you are feeding.start today. I would put a potty pad right by the front door and when she goes on it give her a treat. then when it warms up put pad out side and i think you'll be in business.
