I've used a mobile groomer one time and wasn't thrilled. First you should ask if the groomer is trained for breed specific cuts. I didnt think to ask that and when she got here she didn't even know how to trim the yorkies ears! They only get FFT done! I guess that is my main complaint though
The van came to my house, parked in the driveway and did one dog at a time inside the van. I do believe it is less stressful on them, thats for sure. They do not like the owner near the van because it makes it harder to get the dog to settle down.
It was more expensive, however I don't remember how much more?! Sorry.....
I would say it doesn't hurt to try it and if you happen to get a good groomer, I think you'll be happy.
