We just broke Percy of this habit. There is an awesome thread about a natural mixture you can make at home to make the cat poop taste icky to them. I think it is in the heath section..
We put the cats bowls up a little higher. We actually just got a high feeder that you would use for a big dog. The cats can still reach up there, but Percy is too short.
