I am wondering if its bad for Lulu to have a collar on all the time? And if so why? I don't keep one on her all the time now and sometimes she wears a harness but is it bad for me to keep it on her if I am not using a leash.
I appreciate any feed back...I haven't posted to many things but the help I have gotten I really appreciate.
