Shame on you lady. Why don't you stay home and put yourself in the yard with no food or water all day and see if you like it. Let someone who cares and will love that little darling have it since you don't seem to want to be bothered. What's the matter? Did you fail to potty train so it has to stay outside now? That is YOUR fault. You break the rules of your housing lease and then turn around and break the law of decency.
