Will she allow you to put your finger in her mouth at all.....what type of tooth paste are you using? If she allows you to put your finger in her mouth wrap your finger with guaze or a wash cloth coated with tooth paste. I use CET Vanilla Mint purchased from Revivalanimal.com
Dogs love it......or you may just try a breath spray made for dogs until she's done with all this teething....and just work on touching her face and treating her every time she lets you.
