organ's left inside still have the chance to develope cancer. removing them or leaving them has no effect on the pain in their recovery. morgan was her usual self hours after surgery and wasn't painful at all. she was 2.5 pounds when it was done. Now the english bull dog that we spayed last week who was 30 pounds screamed and screamed and screamed after surgery because that's just her personality. some dogs can handle pain better then others.
