Rose Pedigree

Your kid has very respected old lines in the backgound of his/her pedigree.
Many of the lines that you named were very actively being shown in the 60's, 70's, and 80's .

If you conatct a pedigree service you can have them do a 7 generation pedigree( will cost 75-80.00). In about a week they will send you a pedigree which has all the Champions in red. It is wonderful. You can then do a internet search and find some of these dogs. AKC will only due a 3-4 generation pedigree.

Purchase the out of print book by the girls ( Joan Gordan and Janet Bennett of the Wildweir kennels) The Complete Yorkshire Terreir. Howell press first printing in 1976. This book has many of the lines you listed and will tell you about the breeders. This book was written when Bobby of Rothby lines was just starting to show here in the midwest. I bought this book in 1976 and still am using it. I was blessed to be involved with yorkies during the time period that allowed me to meet and know those old timers and the foundation stock that we still find in today's lines.
