So it seems that we are FINALLY making progress. Our Gizmo is a smart cookie i tell you. So he seems to be going on his pad occasionally. He certanly knows right from wrong, and if he does it wrong its cuz were not paying attention to him.
The days we play with him the majority of the day hell go on his pad...but the days that were cleaning, or out of the house for a while, even when we return, its his way of saying..."hey over here, pay attention to me" he acts like he FORGETS where to pee....lol

So at least were making progress, thanks guys for all of your advice!!!
