I know EXACTLY how your feeling right now, but believe me, when it's all done, your going to be so glad you put the blood sweat and tears into it. We bought this two story 6 years ago and spent the first 6 months form early morning to night working on this fixer-upper. (we also had electrician, painters, one for inside and one for outside, and a company to convert this house from all ele. to all natural gas.) About 6 months into it we almost gave up and ditched this big thing. It was overwhelming!! We did put LOTS of blood sweat and tears into it, and made it much nicer, but we still need windows and I want hardwood floors in the LR. There's never an end to remodeling it seems. We would NEVER do this again though. The outside and the yard and fencing was a nightmare as well.
