I know this may seem silly but I bought 2 white 100% cotton bath mats that are reversible so they do not have the traction material on the side. Holly has been using those I just wash it once a day and put the other one down while that one is being washed. It cost about $15 for the two of them and they are really thick so the pee pee does not seep through. I started out by putting the scented pads on top of the bath mat. Then eventually I was able to stop the scented pads and just use the bath mat. I had been trying to teach Holly to go outside only like Lola but with the heat she has started going inside again. So down came the bath mats again LOL.
