Dog Cat?!

During the time Eli & I first considered getting a dog, I worried about how my cat Penny would handle having a dog in the house. She is very friendly, loves other people and has been around other cats, but never a dog!

Penny and Sully are now the best of friends! I don't worry when I leave them at home alone together because I know they play and keep each other company. Getting a dog was the best thing for my Penny! I would have never guessed that she would love Sully this much!

They may look like they're fighting...but trust me, they're having fun! When Penny gets tired of Sully's shenanigans, she will immediately jump up on to something too high for Sully to reach.

During this past week, I have chased them around with my new digital camera, trying to catch their playing on video. They play ALL the time! But somehow, when they see my camera....they stop playing. SO....I did get a little bit of footage, so at least you will get the idea!

Here is a short clip of them playing, seeing my camera, and losing interest! (Haha!) Also do notice Penny's nonchalant attitude toward Sully's boyish games.
