You're so lucky you have good friends. That will help get you through this rough time. It takes time but now is the time for you to find out who you are on your own as a young woman. It can be very exciting - you can do whatever you want, whenever you want. It took me a while to get over my first love. It was a six year relationship, a very long time ago. Your first love is so precious. I remember all of the good things, none of the pain, and I am so grateful that I had such a wonderful love in my life. I hope you begin to feel that way sooner rather than later.
