Yes, you definately need to call the Humane Society and Animal Control. A few years ago we had moved into a new house and didn't know there was a little hole in the fence. Both of my little ones (at the time) escaped. I was so sad. Put up signs, put an ad in the paper. The following day I talked to my Aunt who told me to call those places. Sure enough, someone had found both of the little fools together but was keeping them at her house. She had left her name and number in case anyone claimed them. I gave her a reward for being so honest and not bringing them to the Animal Control. She was caring for them until Animal Control called her to say that the owner had been found.
