We were advised to train the dogs for thunder and fireworks - so I downloaded a realistic screensaver and we ran it a few minutes every day loud whil we danced and played around on the floor as if nothing happened.
Little by little the girls ignored it and started playing with us instead of looking scared.
If there is one loud and sudden BANG outside the big one will still put herself against my neck/throat, but other than that they don't react to loud noises.
