Here is what I do.....

1-2 lbs Boneless, Skinless Amish Chicken Breasts, boiled
1.5 C Gourmet Brown Rice Blend, booked in rice cooker
1 Large Sweet Potato, peeled and steamed
1 Lb Asparagus, steamed
1 Bag, Organic Baby Spinach Leaves, steamed
1 Small Bag, Baby Carrots, steamed

After everything is cooked, I cube the chicken, cut the veggies into small pieces, mix it all together and then put into 2C freezer containers. I thaw a container as needed. I feed this for dinner, about 1/4 C heated in the microwave for 20 seconds. One freezer container feeds my two girls for a week. You can substitute any other veggies or meat.

In the morning, I feed Stoneyfield Organic Yogurt - a heaping TBS with Missing Link mixed in. They also get bites of fruit during the day and a little kibble (Solid Gold) during the day (less than 1/4 C).
