I would make a complaint to AKC about what you saw so they can investigate again.
Also turn her into to the IRS to be checked for tax fraud. $1000- they would like to know how many pups this lady is registering & selling every year at $1000 a pop. A audit would be lovely.
If you cant accomplish whats right just make them miserable
