May I chuckle? Even belly-laugh?

Time and patience. Have both Tink and Chloe been trained to walk nicely or to "heel"? If not then the place to start is by teaching each dog to walk nicely as individuals then when you walk them with the Take2 you simply give them the "walk nice" or heel command and have them walk nicely by your side.... Once they get that down pat then you can allow them some freedom to explore and Tink should be accustomed to the coupler by then and be able to cope with a little tug or twol.

It is really impressive to have two walking tandem. I used to do that offline with my two Irish Setters Mandy and Josh -- Mandy was normal sized at about 40 pounds, but Josh was another story. He was 100+ pounds of lean dog flesh -- he was HUGE and to have them "heeling" offline at my side was a good feeling.

good luck
